Bad Things you need to be aware of

Anyone know if this is true?

All I know is I had a cousin who married a girl from the Philippines. She told us about an msg factory there and people had to wear masks, and were constantly getting really sick.  The person mentioned that people were only allowed to work there for one month at a time, to protect the workers.
