Every year we hear about this break through and that break through, so why isn't solar power abundent.
In New York City, I drive around and no one in the 5 boroughs has solar panels. It's just not here yet.
The incentives suck, and we are stuck with Con edison, 40cents per Kwatt (with delivery charge).
I would think NYC would be leading, but Bloomberg hasn't done anything, not one thing for solar.
